    Doxie Crafts does not believe in making money from up-charging on shipping costs! We strive to keep
    shipping costs to a minimum while providing you with quick shipping times and accurate tracking
    information.

    Holiday Mailing Guidelines within the U.S.:

    USPS
  • Express Mail® Overnight: From $13.05 - December 22nd
  • Priority Mail® (1–3 days): From $4.90 - December 21st
  • Parcel Post® (2–8 days): From $4.90 - December 15th
           Transit times are shorter if you are on the east coast.  If the package is less than 1 lb, it is
    mailed First Class.
  • First-Class Mail® (1–5 days): From $0.44 (orders less than 1 lb.) - December 20th

    UPS
  • Standard Delivery/ Ground:  December 16th
  • 3 Day Business:  December 20th
  • 2 Day Business:  December 21st
  • Next Day:  December 22nd

    Shipping Methods
    Doxie Crafts is located in North Carolina, on the East Coast of the United States, Eastern Standard Time.
    Orders placed after 8 pm will be processed the following day.

    United States Postal Service
    USPS shipping rates vary according to your preferred shipping time, the package weight and the
    destination. Although the most cost-effective method of shipping is USPS ground, we are happy to
    expedite your order upon request.

  • Express Mail® Overnight: From $13.05

  • First-Class Mail® (1–5 days): From $0.44 (orders less than 1 lb.)

    UPS
    UPS shipping rates vary according to your preferred shipping time, the package weight and the
    destination.  Shipping costs start at $10.  This is usually more economical if you have a heavy package.

    International Rates
    International rates vary with country and package weight and size.  Doxie Crafts is set up as an estimate
    and reserves the right to contact you if there are any additional shipping charges.  You have at this time,
    the ability to accept the additional charges or cancel your order.  In addition, you are resposible for
    paying any taxes that your country may charge.

    Shipping Policies

    Although we stock most of our products and will generally ship them to you within 24 hours from the time
    you place your order, some of our artists and crafts-people produce their work to order and will ship your
    items to you directly, according to the most cost-effective method. In these cases, we will notify you.

    Please be aware that our ability to expedite orders is limited to our stock on hand and our artists’ production
    schedules. Expedited shipping only speeds the delivery time of the product. If you select an expedited
    shipping method other, it will not speed up the production of that particular product, unless otherwise noted.

    Shipping Times
    At Doxie Crafts we go out of our way to select distinctive and unique merchandise that in most cases is
    not mass-produced. Many, but not all, of our featured items are available in limited quantities. We make
    every effort to have enough inventory in place to ship orders the day they are placed. However, there
    may be times where we sell out of an item before we have time to indicate that status on our site.

    If you order an item that is out of stock or on back order you will be notified by email informing you of
    the date we expect to have that item. You will have the option of waiting for the item, changing or
    canceling your order.

    Rush Orders
    If you need to place a rush order, please email us at doxie@doxiecrafts.com or call us at (800) 619-5723
    between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST. Rush fees are non-refundable!

    Ship-To Locations
    At this time, Doxie Crafts only ships to the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, Norway and the
    United Kingdom.
