International Policy
The buyer is responsible for ALL charges incurred by the shipment- including Taxes, VAT, Brokerage fees, or any other unspecified
charges levied by the country of destination or the courier. In the event of a package not being claimed or received by the buyer, the
buyer will still be responsible for these charges even though they did not accept delivery of the item.
Doxiecrafts will not be held responsible for Taxes, VAT, Brokerage Fees, or Return
shipping charges on international orders. These potential charges are solely the
responsibility of the buyer, even if the buyer refuses shipment of the product after the
order has been sent.
Countries with VERY high tax rates: Greece, Brazil, Turkey, and Australia
Shipping charges are estimates. Doxie Crafts will contact you for any additional charges. At that time,
if you wish, you may cancel your order.
Please refer to the USPS website under shipping for estimates. We base our shipping costs on weight
and distance. We do not make a profit on shipping. We find USPS to be the most cost effective way to
ship internationally.
